all of this, in-house. Our Solicitors will see clients immediately with no appointment necessary,
which is quite rare. If need be they could visit you at home, very few lawyers do this. We use our
experience, our skills and our huge database to help get the result you need, whether you are selling
or buying. In this challenging market for sellers we spend as much time as it takes to talk with you to
get your marketing strategy correct, right from the start, and stay in touch in case it needs adjusted.
Pro-active service
Before each new property is ‘launched’ we ensure every member of the team is familiar with the
features and location of the property, we also search our database of buyers to check if there could
be a match for a potential early sale. We actively follow up all enquiries and report back to you.

Out of Hours service
We are open when others are not, we know potential buyers browse outside office hours. Our
phones are manned before and after normal working hours so we can take enquiries about viewings
or speak to our clients when they have that vital minute to call us. Our property centre in Newington
is open on Saturdays so we can help buyers search for properties with one of our property team who
really know the market. We are also available for appointments outside normal office hours.
